Optional 360 feedback assessments and supervisor alignment meetings are encouraged.
Consultation for leaders and/or their teams to have an external thought partner and/or facilitator. Topics may include, and are not limited to: the design of internal leadership programs, HR audit/compliance reviews, or change management/ communications during organizational transitions.
Online and in-person training sessions and/or Group Coaching developed for relevance with the client. Sessions may cover one or more topics on employment best practices and compliance, including anti-harassment training that meets state guidelines.
