EXECUTIVE COACHING: For individuals

Online sessions focused on helping the client successfully develop themselves at any career stage. Examples of goal areas include executive presence, relationship-building, managing teams, improved motivation, and navigating change. Optional 360-degree feedback assessments and supervisor alignment meetings are encouraged.  CliftonStrengths or DISC assessment reports are available.

HR THOUGHT PARTNERSHIP: For organizations

Consultation for leaders and/or their teams to have an external thought partner and/or facilitator. Topics may include, and are not limited to: the design of internal leadership programs, HR audit/compliance reviews, or change management/ communications during organizational transitions.

TRAININGS & GROUP COACHING: For organizations

Online and in-person training sessions and/or Group Coaching developed to be relevant to the client. Sessions may cover one or more topics on employment best practices (e.g., difficult conversations, strategic thinking) and compliance, including anti-harassment training that meets state guidelines. 

MENTOR COACHING: For coaches

Mentor Coaching for CPCC, ACC, and PCC candidates. Typically, mentor coaching takes place over an extended period in a cycle that allows for listening and feedback, as well as reflection and practice for the individual being mentored.
