Frequently Asked Questions

Please contact me if you cannot find an answer to your question.

I am located in Seattle, WA, and work with clients nationally and around the globe. While most of my services are offered online through Zoom, I am available for travel depending on the size and scope of the contract.

  • Executive Coaching, Training and HR partnership rates are based on the duration and scale of the project.
  • Coaching contract options include 1, 3, 6, 9, or 12 sessions. Optional 360, CliftonStrengths, or DISC assessment reports are priced at the current market rate.
  • Sliding scale rates for individual clients are based on United States federal poverty guidelines.
  • All engagements require a signed contract and the client will be provided an invoice for services.

Currently, individual coaching services can be contracted both directly through me, as well as through your organization. Feel free to share this site with your supervisor or HR/L&D/Leadership team.

Before we sign any contracts for training or thought partnership support, we will meet to co-create the process and desired outcomes to ensure clarity and achievability on the scope of work. I only accept a few team contracts/trainings at a time so I can offer dedicated focus, attention, and quality results.

Confidentiality is of utmost importance in my work. I adhere to the International Coach Federation's (ICF) Code of Ethics, which includes strict guidelines for maintaining client confidentiality. I also follow the Code of Ethics set forth by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Yes!!! If that is important to you as a client or organization, then we will find ways to incorporate fun. At the very beginning of our work together, we will discuss expectations, hopes, questions, and goals. You will share what I need to know about you to support you best. I will then regularly check in to ensure we stay on track and support you with what is required.

The  ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership.

  • Sessions are usually conducted over Zoom and the cadence is based upon what supports each client.
  • We begin by clarifying goals and identifying strengths, then look at where you are now and what is required to reach your goals. Moving forward, we utilize your strengths to overcome barriers while developing strategies, skills, and practices to realize your desired outcomes.
  • You’ll define actions to take between sessions for experiential learning.
  • We will regularly check in to evaluate our process and adjust as needed. Two of my goals are that the process gives you both agency and excitement for your choices.
